All of these machines were created so I could fabricate objects using motion control. At times I have used them to create art pieces; for example, I have used my Bridgeport retrofit to mill algorithmic designs out of aluminum (see gallery). At other times, I have used the machines to create new machines; for example, I used my plasma torch machine to cut the steel supports for Pipedream II's railing.

Every machine is a variation on the same theme: I have used preexisting parts or the machine itself, and connected stepper motors.
